Our TLS workouts are designed to work all muscle groups of the body to help give you better movement, better strength and more power. We are a functional fitness facility and our classes are suitable for all levels, you work at your own pace and increase your fitness week on week. Our classes are designed to get you results. Yes we will push you, yes we will encourage you and yes we want you to succeed! 18+
Our Open Gym sessions are for you to come along and do your own thing. You will feel confident in doing your own work out and not need assistance. If you wish to use the gym but need an induction / program this is through one of PT's and will need to be booked as a Personal Training Session. This will need to be booked separately to your membership.
Youth Gym for ages 13-17
All Teen members must complete a Fitness Gym Induction before they can use the facility this is a paid session with one of our PT's £20.00 – 45 minute induction – If your child has already had PT sessions with one of our trainers then they are ready to attend.
Please book your induction prior to signing up your child.
Youth gym is not a supervised session so your child will be coming in to do their own workout. The numbers are limited on the youth membership for health & safety reasons.
