How Much is Membership?
We have a few options for our Fitness Classes and Open Gym sessions:
Monthly rolling subscription no contract £45pm
Pay as You Go £5.00
Yearly £420.00
All book and pay online on our safe and secure booking system.
How do I join Up?
You first need to set up an account on our online app. Fill out your personal details including Health Screening. You can then choose how you want to pay monthly or as you go etc.. Choose your sessions to attend and away you go.

May I bring a guest to work out at my gym?
You sure can, they will need to follow the process to sign up online and use the Pay aS you Go Option
What Do I need to bring with Me?
A towel is needed at all sessions please.
Your water bottle
Inhaler if you have been prescribed one must be brought at all times.
Do you have shower facilities?
Yes we have shower and toilet facilities for you to use.
Is There Parking?
We have a carpark directly outside our facility for our members to use.
Can My Teen Just Join?
No, We cap our teen/ youth membership in order to ensure that they never have to miss out on a session and also for health and safety reasons.

Can i just turn up and pay cash?
All our bookings are made online, the reason being is we need you to complete a health screening form and emergency contact details prior to attending sessions. Also we don't keep any cash on our premises. You can pay as you go so don't be put off thinking you have to have a membership.This is through the Team Up App
How can I purchase personal training?
You need to first off speak with a Trainer to ensure they feel right to you, our space feels right to you and that they can fit you in at times that work for you. Once you have made contact one of our trainers will then go through the booking process. All our PT's works independently so payment methods may vary.
How can I cancel my membership agreement?
You are never locked in with us, unless you choose to buy the yearly option of class/gym membership. Our monthly option you can cancel in the app at any time. We never want something that is not working for you cause you any hassle.
