Our TLS workouts are designed to work all muscle groups of the body to help give you better movement, better strength and more power. We are a functional fitness facility and our classes are suitable for all levels, you work at your own pace and increase your fitness week on week. Our classes are designed to get you results. Yes we will push you, yes we will encourage you and yes we want you to succeed!

Our classes are all book online as spaces are limited For your first class we ask you arrive ten minutes prior to the session starting so we can introduce ourselves to you and say hi, then your instructor will ask you a few things about your training or show you a few simple techniques. We are all about form and technique and that's why our trainers are always working the gym floor to correct and improve you ensuring no injuries and that you are working the right muscles. You will get used to the abs on, bum out chest up that is often shouted. You will soon become part of the TLS Family.
Open Gym is there for our PT clients and members to add in additional workouts to their week. We are only open for select hours Monday - Saturday and you will need to book your space to ensure we keep it exclusive. This means you have more space and more equipment and can get stuck in to your workout. Open Gym is not manned, our PT's will be on site but often training their clients. If you are wanting to do open gym but unsure on what you need to be doing then booking a couple of pt sessions with a program could be right for you.
