Fitness Classes

Our TLS workouts are designed to work all muscle groups of the body to help give you better movement, better strength and more power. We are a functional fitness facility and our classes are suitable for all levels, you work at your own pace and increase your fitness week on week. Our classes are designed to get you results. Yes we will push you, yes we will encourage you and yes we want you to succeed!

Check out the range of classes we offer below and find the ones that suit you in terms of times. Our classes are all book online as spaces are limited For your first class we ask you arrive ten minutes prior to the session starting so we can introduce ourselves to you and say hi, then your instructor will ask you a few things about your training or show you a few simple techniques. We are all about form and technique and that's why our trainers are always working the gym floor to correct and improve you ensuring no injuries and that you are working the right muscles. You will get used to the abs on, bum out chest up that is often shouted. You will soon become part of the TLS Family.

Open Gym

Open Gym is there for our PT clients and members to add in additional workouts to their week. We are only open for select hours Monday - Friday and you will need to book your space to ensure we keep it exclusive. This means you have more space and more equipment and can get stuck in to your workout. Open Gym is not manned, our PT's will be on site but often training their clients. If you are wanting to do open gym but unsure on what you need to be doing then booking a couple of pt sessions with a program could be right for you.

R&S Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp class will incorporate conditioning and traditional Bootcamp-style exercises. Bootcamp classes are suited to all fitness levels – from the unfit to the athlete. Fat burning and strength building interval training that is always varied will make sure you’re never bored, always challenged and moving towards your goals in a supportive environment.

Punchbox BodyWeight

These workouts deliver accelerated fat -burning and Hormonal benefits that enhance health and wellbeing. A mixture of PunchBox with body weighted exercises, squats, lunges, burpees etc.. A PUNCHBOXFIT workout works more muscle tissue, keeping the calories burning for hours longer than a traditional boxing workout.

MPT Power Hour

Hour of Power dedicated to weight training topped off with a short HIIT session. This is our most gruelling session, the one we like to finish off the week with and take us into the weekend. We pretty much use every single piece of equipment in the gym and you may find that You’ll walk out, or possibly crawl, feeling on top of the world and able to achieve anything!

Punchbox Circuits

These workouts deliver accelerated fat -burning and Hormonal benefits that enhance health and wellbeing. A mixture of PunchBox, weights, sleds, battle ropes etc.. A PUNCHBOXFIT workout works more muscle tissue, keeping the calories burning for hours longer than a traditional boxing workout

MPT 360

Get Stronger & Sculpt with our Max Power Transformation Session. These sessions are designed to increase strength, Fitness & Conditioning, improve posture & Functional Strength & Change body Composition.

Boxing Fhiit

A complete body workout. Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness, and improved posture all at the same time, our boxing class is suitable for all fitness levels. For those that don’t want to don the boxing gloves and pads you can use our Punchbox machine to achieve still a great overall workout.

MPT Strong

We will focus on 1 to 2 core lifts each week This class is your class you have the option of strongman exercises and also the choice of a Conditioning workout or a heavy lift set The class is designed to suit you
