Our Small Group personal training sessions RUN IN 6 Week blocks 2 sessions per week and there are never more than 6 people in a session. This allows us to keep a personal touch to the training and means you never feel neglected or forgotten. Every exercise is adaptable to your current fitness level and abilities so you never need to worry about how fit or unfit the rest of the crew is. It’s also a lot of fun training with a group of like-minded individuals.

I have always been an avid gym goer, and sports enthusiast. Through high school and college I played every sport I could, and at 18 I moved to the USA with a University football scholarship. After eight years away, I returned to Holmfirth in 2016 with a wealth of training experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and a Masters in Sports Administration. After a few twists and turns in my career, I became a certified personal trainer, and started Laura Jayne Fitness
Our Small group PT runs on a Tuesday & Thursday am, 06.15-07.00am.
