Introducing Youth Strength by TLS: Building Strong Bodies & Confident Minds

Are you ready to give your child the edge in fitness, strength, and confidence? Youth Strength by TLS is the perfect program to help kids and teens build the physical and mental resilience they need, whether it’s for excelling in sports or just improving their overall fitness!

We are offering 6-week blocks of expertly coached strength and fitness sessions that are tailored to two age groups:

  • Ages 8-12: Tuesdays, 4:00 – 5:00 PM
  • Ages 13-16: Thursdays, 4:00 – 5:00 PM

Each session is designed to develop strength, agility, and skills in a fun and supportive environment. Whether they’re already involved in sports or just starting their fitness journey, these sessions are a great way to complement other activities outside the gym.

Details:

  • 6-Week Block
  • £60 for 6 sessions (1 hour each)
  • Wednesday Sessions (Ages 8-12): 4:00 – 5:00 PM
  • Friday Sessions (Ages 13-16): 4:00 – 5:00 PM

Session info

Please arrive ready to start your session promptly and on time.
Wear the appropriate clothing and indoor footwear – no muddy outdoor trainers

The Coached led sessions will take in to account varying abilities of each student

Please ensure you bring with you a small towel and bottle of water.

Policies

Bookings must be made via the app with full details completed including health par q and emergency contact details.

Once booked and the sessions started any sessions the student is unable to attend will not be credited or cannot be rolled over.
